To guarantee good quality proceedings (printed and CD-ROM) contents, your paper must comply with the SCS paper specifications. In particular, this means (see the samples page):

•  A4 format (8.27"x11.69")
•  Exactly 4 pages, double column format
•  Margins: Left: 0.7", Right: 0.7", Top: 1", Bottom: 1.1"
•  PDF or PostScript file format

If you used the supplied LaTeX style file or the MS Word template without modifications, these specifications will be satisfied automatically.

Note: Violations of the paper format (A4) or the paper length (4 pages) will not be tolerated. Please respect the margins!

SCS policy requires that you send us a signed Copyright Form (PDF file or PS file) for each paper. Without this form, we can NOT publish your article.

Do not forget: At least one author per paper needs to be registered for the conference in order to have the paper included in the proceedings!
